I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET

Review your order information in the email we sent you and click on tracking number. If the package has been delivered, call your local USPS facility and they will address your issue.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER TO GET TO ME?

Most orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days and shipped through USPS First Class International. It generally takes 7-12 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the USPS facility it left from.

XO Apparel is NOT responsible for any stolen or lost packages.

MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT PROPERLY, HOW DO I REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

At XO Apparel, we stand behind everything we sell 100%. If an item does not fit or does not appear the way you intended, you can exchange it for another item or refund within 30 days of original purchase.

In order to initiate a return or exchange, simply send an email to xoalifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and name of item that will be returned/exchanged. Once your return/ exchange is approved you will receive the return address. You are responsible for the postage for your return/exchange.

All items must be unused and like new.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

For faster service, please include the name of your store(s), 2-3 photos, and which other brands the business carries.

HOW DO I BECOME A SPONSORED ARTIST OR AMBASSADOR FOR XO APPAREL?

At the moment, we are not looking for ambassadors for XO Apparel, but we would be interested in sponsoring video and photo shoot for local artists in need of wardrobe. Please send an email to XoaLifestyle@gmail.com and include the date and time of the shoot and number of people needing wardrobe. We will be looking to add ambassadors in the future, so be sure to check back later this year.
