I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YET

Please review the email we sent as confirmation for your order. We do our best to ship all orders out within 1-3 business days, using USPS Priority Mail only. We do not offer express shipping options at this time. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER TO GET TO ME?

Most orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days and shipped through USPS First Class International. It generally takes 7-12 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the USPS facility it left from.

XOA Lifestyle is NOT responsible for any stolen or lost packages.

MY ITEM DO NOT FIT PROPERLY, HOW DO I REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

At XOA Lifestyle, we understand sometimes things may not fit. You can exchange it for another item within 14 days of original purchase. We DO NOT offer refunds. Instead we credit your email with a automatic discount toward next purchase within our webstore, while retaining your initial order value with us to exchange for any item(s) we have available in stock.  

In order to initiate a return or exchange, simply send an email to info@xoalifestyle.com with your order number and name of the item you wish to exchange. 

We will send you a Return Shipping Label. Please include within your return package a detailed note of what item and size you would like to have exchanged. 

All items must have original tag still on item being returned.

HOW DO I BECOME A SPONSORED ARTIST OR AMBASSADOR FOR XOA Lifestyle?

The best way to becoming a BA with XOA Lifestyle is by having content available as a brand ambassador, producing analytics on your impressions and conversions, if applicable. Must be proactive in respective passion and show a willing to take initiatives. We are building a new infrastructure while creating fashion. We want those who will add value to what we already have.
